Total Time: 0 hours 30 mins
1 1/2 c.
panko bread crumbs
plus 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
Freshly ground black pepper
bone-in pork chops, about 3/4"-thick
1 1/2 lb.
fresh green beans
- Preheat oven to 400° and set wire rack on baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix panko, 1/4 cup olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, paprika, and 2 teaspoons salt until evenly combined. Transfer mixture to a large resealable plastic bag.
- Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the bag and shake until evenly coated in panko mixture.
- Place pork chops on wire rack and bake until the pork is cooked through and the bread crumbs are golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss green beans in remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread in an even layer on a separate baking sheet and bake until tender and beginning to color, about 15 minutes. Serve warm with pork chops.
